What brand ethernet cables/tethers are people using these days? Like everyone- looking for smaller

My application has less demands than most in that it’s basically a relatively lightweight thrustless drop camera, will not require POE (or power via cable in general) and I expect at least this prototypes’ cable to require only a few (data) conductors over ~50ft or less. I’ve searched the forum and so far found less than expected information on this- it seems like most are using standard or semi-standard diameter CAT5 cable- and dealing with the expected drag and buoyancy issues we’d all expect. Isn’t there an improved option for use of a thin/flexible (braided) cable for something like this or is everything going to be DIY right now?

Sorry if I missed it- I’m kinda new here (though I registered a long time ago I had to create a new account today).
Thanks!
