Ponoko building files

#1

I've been meaning to post the files I used to lasercut the OpenROV parts from Ponoko. These are the github parts rearranged to fit on the standard P2 and P3 materials from Ponoko. Using the 'prime' feature of ponoko, it cost 85$ to manufacture the ROV acrylic.

You may wish to wait for the updated electronic chassis, but I will allow Eric / etc to answer that question.

This is awesome thanks for posting.

Also if other people can post who they use for Laser Cutting Service and how much they paid that would be great.

I should add, if you don't want to spring for the prime membership, or if you don't already have an account etc, ponoko often runs specials such as 20% off of laser cutting time price (current), or 50% off materials, all of which will change your price.

You could also save some money by eliminating the vector logo etc. My version also includes duplication of some parts to fill blank space, but this would also cut down on cutting time / price if removed.

What files use what size p2-p3? Also I'm assuming your using 3mm for all files? I haven't opened the EPS file yet is why I'm asking.
