Polypropylene Shell - Do we use heat to bend it?

Do we need to use heat to bend the polypropylene shell? Or do we just fold it over at the line with out added heat?

Don't bend it unheated, you'll most likely break the shell. Polypropylene is not so much fun to deal with. Consult

Ah! Thanks! I didn't realize it was the same as with the acrylic. :D

To be honest, I like the acrylic better. I went through 3 iterations on a laser cutter with the polypropylene...it was not pretty.

I have found the heat gun method works quite well on the polypropylene, provided you turn the heat up a little from what was described in the guide.

Like Jim I have found it problematic to laser cut.
