Away in France at the min. Having problems trying to record from my Trident controller. I believe there might of been a update. But my controller and software says am upto date. Everything is working fine except. No recording. I have tried to uninstall the app, and reinstalled it to see if there is any change. Sadly not. It’s still the same.
I do have a 32 gig memory card in the controller. And I have used other cards just to make sure. All t been same result sadly.

What is the exact issue? I had issues in the past with recordings being dropped for unexplained reasons. Also, are the recordings on the Trident ok? is it just the 720 ones? etc.
