New Community Hack: WiFi enabled Tether Management System

#1

Hey there, community. Short time ago Dominik introduced to us the Community Hacks section on Dozuki. I wrote up an article on how to build a WiFi enabled Tether Management System so that no cables are hanging from your laptop anymore.

You can check it out here and leave a comment down below and tell me what you think.

Of course if you have any questions don't hestitate to ask me.

Also if you like follow me on my upcoming expedition to Mexico.

I'm thinking this would work well if integrated with the tether management system as described by

Nice finding Ronald. This of course would be a little bit more professional looking. Thanks for sharing that with us.

This is really great. It totally circumvents needing a slip-ring. That is almost exactly what I am using right now, only I have it all in a box beside the spool and am using a slip-ring. In the future I will instead just attach the box to the side of the spool. :D

Perhaps you could pack it up to attach with Velcro or something? In case you want to change spools. That probably isn't much of an issue though.

So good!

Thanks!
