We have been successfully using 2 x tridents for research with no issues. After today’s dive, one of the tridents appears to have a charging error. The battery died whilst out surveying, but upon returning to the boat (and after general cleaning) the charger was connected. Rather than the normal red/green blinking light combinations, the green lights are flickering, and don’t appear to be charging. The trident WiFi cannot he found on the app/the trident cannot be connected to the app at this stage.
Any suggestions on what we could do?
